The bentwood Naive Marriage Chair is full of symbolism and reminiscent of times gone by. The traditionally dressed couple are standing under the tree of life while tulips remind them of the holy trinity. An angel looks down on them from the seat back. Sponging and hundreds of 'snail' curls fill in the background. The bentwood Naive Marriage Chair was then antiqued using Burnt Sienna to give a warm aged look. Three coats of water based polyurethane varnish in satin were applied.
